We will prepare dishes from all over Mexico in this cooking class, and we will discuss what makes cuisine in each region unique. From Baja to Oaxaca, you will learn to use authentic Mexican ingredients as you prepare a full dinner. 

Menu:

  • Shrimp and Avocado Tostada with Cilantro Mojo
  • Verde Salad with Roasted Corn, Tomatoes, Queso Fresco, and Cilantro Lime Dressing
  • Chicken Tacos with Roasted Poblano Rajas
  • Beef Barbacoa with Mole Sauce 
  • Spanish Rice
  • Pico De Gallo and Guacamole 
  • Strawberry and Tequila Ice Cream

$90 per person plus tax

Introduction

After welcoming each guest, our chef talks about our company’s history, covers kitchen safety, and explains how the class will work.

Cooking

Guests are divided into small groups to work on different components of the meal. Our chef provides one-on-one instruction for the tasks at hand. Throughout the class, the chef makes sure that everyone’s questions are answered and the meal prep is on pace.

Once the food is prepared, the meal is served as a buffet. Guests serve themselves and enjoy the meal together in our dining room.
