Fall is a great time to cook! This class will focus on flavors and cooking techniques perfect for the changing season. Our recipes for this class are meant to be prepared during the week when you are busy, for fast delicious family friendly dinners. Join us as we prepare 4 dishes that we are sure you'll want to make again!

  • Baby Greens with Toasted Pecans, Pears, and Maple Vinaigrette
  • Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Smashed Redskin Potatoes and Dark Ale Mustard Sauce
  • Herb Roasted Chicken Over Wild Mushroom Risotto served with White Wine Pan Sauce
  • Cedar Planked Salmon with Charred Tomato Relish and Parmesan Grits
  • Apple Crisp Ala Mode
$80 per person plus tax

After welcoming each guest, our chef talks about our company’s history, covers kitchen safety, and explains how the class will work.

Guests are divided into small groups to work on different components of the meal. Our chef provides one-on-one instruction for the tasks at hand. Throughout the class, the chef makes sure that everyone’s questions are answered and the meal prep is on pace.

Once the food is prepared, the meal is served as a buffet. Guests serve themselves and enjoy the meal together in our dining room.
