Join us to learn how to cook with beer, as we prepare 5 delicious recipes. Lager steamed mussels, sticky baby back ribs, beer braised chicken tacos, smoked andouille sausages with spicy beer mustard, and chocolate stout tiramisu are all on the menu. The best part is we will be tasting some great craft beers in this class!

Introduction

After welcoming each guest, our chef talks about our company’s history, covers kitchen safety, and explains how the class will work.

Guests are divided into small groups to work on different components of the meal. Our chef provides one-on-one instruction for the tasks at hand. Throughout the class, the chef makes sure that everyone’s questions are answered and the meal prep is on pace.

Once the food is prepared, the meal is served as a buffet. Guests serve themselves and enjoy the meal together in our dining room.
