Prime Rib is a classic main dish for any season. We are going to show you how to prepare the classic dishes that will get you ready to host the perfect dinner party for your friends and family. You'll learn learn the tricks to cooking your rib roast perfectly, as well as the sides to go along with it. ONE PURCHASE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE!

  • Lemon and Asparagus Tart with Ricotta Cheese
  • Shrimp Tempura Tacos with Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Roasted Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream and Au Jus
  • Twice Baked Potatoes
  • Creamed Savoy cabbage with Bacon
  • Canadian Butter Pie with Fresh Vanilla Ice Cream

What to Expect

How a typical class at The Recipe goes

Introduction

The chef welcomes guests then talks about The Recipe's history, kitchen safety, and how the class will work.

Cooking

The chef will divide guests to work on different components of the meal. The Chef will work with each guests to provide one-on-one instruction on the tasks at hand. As the class progresses the chef will make sure everyone know's what is happening in the kitchen, questions are answered, and meal prep is on pace.

Dining

Classes end with the meal that was prepared together. The chef and the participants will do final touches and plate the meal as a buffet. Participants will plate their food, and sit and enjoy a meal together in our separate dining room.
