Bring a date and join us for this 4 course cooking class to celebrate the end of summer. We'll share the tips to throw a great dinner party and help you cook like a pro.  Red and White Wine will be served with this cooking class.  ONE PURCHASE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE !!

  • Crab Cakes with Roasted Corn Succotash and Remoulade Sauce
  • Caprese Saiad with Fresh Basil Vinaigrette
  • Strawberry Salad with Candied Pecans and Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Citronette 
  • Smashed Fingerling Potatoes with Saffron Aioli
  • Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
  • Dark Chocolate Tart with Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust

What to Expect

How a typical class at The Recipe goes

Introduction

The chef welcomes guests then talks about The Recipe's history, kitchen safety, and how the class will work.

Cooking

The chef will divide guests to work on different components of the meal. The Chef will work with each guests to provide one-on-one instruction on the tasks at hand. As the class progresses the chef will make sure everyone know's what is happening in the kitchen, questions are answered, and meal prep is on pace.

Dining

Classes end with the meal that was prepared together. The chef and the participants will do final touches and plate the meal as a buffet. Participants will plate their food, and sit and enjoy a meal together in our separate dining room.
