Sign up your kids for this Italian class! We will prepare classic Chinese dishes from scratch and eat them for lunch! The kids will learn about seasoning and flavoring techniques, food safety, and essential culinary techniques so that they can recreate this meal for the family.  Minimum Age is 8 years old.  

  • Pork Egg Roll with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Hot Mustard
  • Vegetable Lo Mein

  • Crab Rangoon
$70 per person plus tax

What to Expect

After welcoming each guest, our chef will talk about The Recipe's history, cover kitchen safety, and explain how the class will work.

Guests will be divided into small groups to work on different components of the meal. Our chef will provide one-on-one instruction on the tasks at hand. Throughout the class, our chef will make sure everyone's questions are answered and the meal prep is on pace.

Once the food is prepared, the meal will be served as a buffet. Each guest will serve themself and enjoy the meal together in our dining room.
