Join Wine Trends and Chef Mike for a fun night, while we make some light spring fare and fire up the grill. The cooking class will be accompanied by a wine tasting featuring some great red and white wines that pair perfectly with the spring season.

After welcoming each guest, our chef talks about our company’s history, covers kitchen safety, and explains how the class will work.

Guests are divided into small groups to work on different components of the meal. Our chef provides one-on-one instruction for the tasks at hand. Throughout the class, the chef makes sure that everyone’s questions are answered and the meal prep is on pace.

Once the food is prepared, the meal is served as a buffet. Guests serve themselves and enjoy the meal together in our dining room.
