Join us for our Crafted by the Chef Apps and Wine Tasting where we will be celebrating the upcoming Fall season with 5 amazing wines and tasty appetizers.  We will be preparing appetizers from a variety of our Fall Cooking Classes as well as sharing a couple of recipes for you to take home.   THIS IS NOT A COOKING CLASS!!


Appetizer Menu:
  • Whipped Feta with Roasted Shallots and Olives served with Fresh Focaccia served with Villa Sandi Prosecco
  • Wild Mushroom and Melted Leeks Spring Roll with Sweet Chili Sauce served with Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc 
  • Autumn Harvest Cheese and Meat Display served with Los Dos Campo De Borja Red Wine 
  • Red Wine Poach Pear Salad with Candied Pecans and Maple Vinaigrette served with Maison Louis Beaujolais-Villages
  • Salted Caramel Ice Cream served with Sunspell Cabernet
