Join us to bring in the Season with an amazing Crafted by the Chef Holiday Dinner and Wine Tasting.  Chef Mike will be preparing a 5 course meal accompanied by a 5 wine pairings from Far Niente Winery.  The wines will be hand selected by our friend Jeff from Wine Trends to not only go perfectly with the meal but available for purchase to bring with you for Holiday Gatherings.  Don't miss out because this special event will sell out fast!  THIS IS NOT A COOKING CLASS!!


Dinner Menu:
    • Bread Service: Salty Rosemary Focaccia Bread, Bacon Gruyere and Caramelized Onion Loaf, and Angel Biscuits served with Roasted Garlic and Herb Whipped Butter served with Post & Beam Chardonnay
    • Smoked Salmon Crostini with Boursin Cheese and Cucumber served with En Route Pinot Noir
    • Crispy Arancini stuffed with Cheese and Sweet Italian Sausage served with Spicy Pomodoro Sauce served with Nickel & Nickel Vaca Vista Oak Knoll Cabernet
    • Orange, Walnut and Pomegranate Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette served with Far Niente Chardonnay
    • Red Wine Braised Ossobuco with Potato Gnocchi, Brown Butter and Sage served with Far Niente Cabernet
